MiaProva released significant updates to our popular Chrome Extension earlier this year to support WebSDK, new Adswerve branding, and additional support for the Adobe Target Profile.
Last week, we had a customer reach out with a very custom site where their Web team was requesting it’s index.html as a blob and then overwriting it’s body with it without redirects. They also fetched the WebSDK with a request object instead of a simple URL.
This update was to support instances like this.
(00:00) Introduction to the update for the MiaProva Chrome extension.
(00:05) The extension works well with various Adobe Target versions (AT.JS 1.8, 2.1, etc.) and single-page applications.
(00:10) The extension supports integration with the Web SDK and allows users to search and manage deployments efficiently.
(00:33) New support was added for Adobe Target’s integration with non-standard website deployments (e.g., pages were deployed as blobs, overriding the body without redirects).
(01:11) This new feature allows the extension to work smoothly with uncommon Adobe Target deployments without disrupting other users’ experiences.
(01:18) Users will still be able to see Global inboxes and Web SDK activities, as usual, regardless of the non-standard deployment.
(01:33) The team is focused on helping companies migrate to Web SDK, offering support for additional utilities and tools.
(01:44) Encourages users to reach out for help or suggestions, especially for Web SDK migration.
(01:49) Information on how to download the Chrome extension by searching for “Movo Chrome” or visiting the provided URL.
